This is an ongoing series of Total Yoga Nidra Open Circles, which are running monthly.
The topic is Ethical Guidelines for sharing yoga nidra: an open circle for discussion and exploration of the responsibilities of yoga nidra teachers (open to all yoga nidra teachers and to trainees on the Total Yoga Nidra Teacher Facilitator Training.
There will be opportunities to bring your own questions to Uma, Nirlipta and Theo.
Please organise a place where you can lie down to practice yoga nidra and still be visible to Uma and Theo. This means set up your phone, tablet or computer so that the camera can see you even when you lie down to practice yoga nidra, side on, from the head to the pelvis.
Uma, Nirlipta and Theo have asked that you prepare by watching this video on the Yoga Nidra Network homepage https://www.yoganidranetwork.org
and please also READ the short ethics statement available up here : https://www.yoganidranetwork.org/blog/yoga-nidra-network-operating-ethics
Please then bring your questions for the circle.
