This new course is about making sense of where you are in yourself right now and where you want to be, bearing in mind that no one really knows what is going to happen.
You will learn ways to harness the sustained focus of the deeper mind, to begin to integrate the everyday mind and this deeper mind together, to really look now, at what is possible, feasible, essential and meaningful to you, as well as the strange new world that we’ve just entered with its unfamiliar rules.
There will be multiple strong and relaxing meditative nidra practices, guided by Nirlipta, profound, powerful and of substance. There will be space for dialogue too during the sessions.
Questions and observations are welcomed both before, between and during the sessions.
A lot of nidra, a lot of focus on ourselves and on our own individual paths through this, with the real opportunity to examine, re-examine and rehearse what is possible, why we feel we’re here, what our purpose is, and what meaning life has for us. Space for thinking deeply. For the right kinds of questions. Deep trance, relaxation and interaction between our everyday persona and our deeper mind. This is hard work done in a kind way. It will be intense.
If this sounds like your cup of tea, then come, enjoy and participate. This is designed this so that the recordings of the practices which will be available afterwards, will facilitate the continuation of the journey we begin together. They will facilitate you being the pathfinder on the route you travel on, through these interesting times and perhaps for longer too. The path you travel on will be the path you make. If you permit, Nirlipta will travel a little way along with you, onhis own already long nidra journey, as companion, friend and guide, for a little while, during these sessions, and watch as you begin this new part of your own journey as you start to travel on the path you find yourself on.
Be kind to yourself.
