If it’s all getting to be a bit much right now, this stand-alone session may offer some comfort. It will consist of some nourishing, soothing nidra as well as other practices which I have used successfully in the past with people who suffer from severe anxiety, panic attacks and feelings of being completely overwhelmed.
I emphasize that this is a session about doing stuff that works. I will deliver these very relaxing and reassuring nidra and related practices which you can simply listen to without having to do any more than that. As I say they are extremely relaxing, but they are more than that too. They will help to reduce stress, anxiety, burn out and the sense of being overwhelmed. The practices will be recorded and made available to you to listen to over and over again.
Please organise a place where you can lie down to practice yoga nidra and still be visible to Nirlipta! This means set up your phone, tablet or computer so that the camera can see you even when you lie down to practice yoga nidra, side on, from the head to the pelvis.
This will be a live session in real time and there will be opportunity for dialogue between us and to check in with how you’re feeling and to hear from others who may be in a similar situation. It will very pleasing and practical.
